Tom was a Junior Account Manager at IMPACT from October 2013 – March 2014. During his time here, he assisted his supervising Senior Account Manager and Account Manager in completing tasks for clients. He continuously learned best practices for inbound marketing, participated in strategy meetings, and applied the systems being taught through the guidance of the other team members.
