Recurring revenue properties for Sales Hub Enterprise

“These properties are auto-generated when you set up recurring revenue tracking in your account. 

  • Recurring revenue amount: the total amount of recurring revenue associated with a deal. 
  • Recurring revenue deal type: the deal type. The available values for this property are New business, Renewal, Upgrade, and Downgrade. 
  • Recurring revenue date: the date when recurring revenue for this deal is no longer collected. 
  • Recurring revenue inactive reason: the reason why recurring revenue is no longer collected. The available values are Churned, Renewal, Upgrade, and Downgrade.”

There’s some really exciting things coming in 2020. 

Marcus: DSMW! It's going to be outrageous.

Carina: If you weren’t at INBOUND or haven’t seen me in person the last few months, you probably don’t know that I’m having a baby in 2020! March to be more specific.

You may hear that and think, "oh no! What will become of the Hubcast?"

Never fear.

While I will be taking maternity leave for about eight weeks, I am actually really, really excited about what you’ll be getting during that time.

HubSpot wishlist: Notification when someone comments on your note

“Love the new commenting feature on notes, however, it seems that in order to get a notification when someone comments on a note you left, you either need to:

  1. be following the contact. OR
  2. the person leaving the comment needs to tag you again. 

Is this correct?

Would it be possible to get a notification anytime someone comments on your note? Thank you.”

HubSpot updates

A few more from the December 2019 HubSpot Updates in Less Time Than a Coffee Break video!

Add callouts and anchor links to Knowledge Base articles

You now have the ability to add a callout (essentially a colored box around your text) to easy display warnings, tips, etc.

You can also now add anchor links to your articles to autoscroll to different parts of the page if you have long articles with many sections.

Image optimization

When adding an image to a HubSpot page, email, blog post, you now have the ability to select an "optimization" setting so you can optimize for quality, load time, etc.

Gravity Forms add-on

You can now use the Gravity Forms Add-on to sync your Gravity Forms submission directly to the HubSpot CRM!

And… big ol' SNEAK PEEK!

[In Beta] Forms reporting!

Holy buckets, it’s really happening. Go to the "forms" tool, and click "view submissions" on an individual form, and opt into the Beta in the bottom left!

You’ll then see next to the submissions tab a performance tab and an analyze tab. Here’s what those include.

Performance tab:

    • Overall views, submissions, and conversion rate for your given time period (can be saved to a Dashboard)
    • Time-based graph for views, submissions, or conversion rate (can be saved to a Dashboard)
  • Carina’s Favorite: A conversion funnel report that shows conversions from form loaded > visible on screen > interacted with > submitted (not currently able to save to dashboard)
  • Contact type donut chart: New contacts vs. existing contacts (can be saved to a Dashboard
  • Conversion pages (what pages users converted on, not currently able to save to Dashboard)
  • Table view of submissions by source with views, submissions, and conversion rate broken out by source (not currently able to save to dashboard)

Analyze Tab: This tab shows you the breakdown of answers for each form field. You can see overall submissions for each field (so you can tell for fields that aren’t required how many people are and aren’t filling those in), and then see for each field what has been submitted.

This is less helpful for open text fields like Name, but SUPER helpful for dropdowns, checkboxes, multi-selects, etc. so you can see what the most common answers are!
