Even with everything going on in the world, I find myself in a very good mood today.
It might have something to do with the fact that I got a positively killer night's sleep last night — a first in about a week. Or the fact that I was able to spend a lot of time out in the sun this weekend, as I packedsix miles worth oftrailsandhikingin over Saturday and Sunday.(Although I'm a little sun crispy in some spots, heh. Oops.)
While those things are nice, however, I'm pretty sure there are two specific things are responsible for mypositive mental attitudetoday:
