As I've been busily meeting and planning and filming and collaborating here at IMPACT HQ over the past few days here, I've been struck by something.
This time of year is when many of us are working tirelessly to buildnew digital marketing strategiesfor the coming year, as we also reflect on how we want to develop ourselves as professionals.
(It's also when I do a lot of extensive Christmas pajama-themed planning, but maybe that's just me.)
Usually, the goals and plans we develop fall into two completely opposite buckets:

Goals and plans for growing and achieving success inour careers.
But what about goals and plans for growing and developing our people — as teams, specifically?
We're all well aware that what it takes to be successful in the digital age is rapidly changing all the time. Heck, just look at how inbound has evolved — it wasn't long ago that sales wasn't even a part of the conversation.
