Our hiring process typically takes 1-3 months. When the process starts, you'll receive a link with a few questions we'd like you to answer.
Next, we'll conduct a video interview where we have an opportunity to ask each other questions, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. Then, you'll move on to a situation activity relevant to the role and a call to review your work.
Finally, you'll meet with IMPACT CEO, Bob Ruffolo. This will help us get to know each other on a more personal level so we can make sure we're a good fit for each other. Our hiring process can change a bit based on the type of role or number of applicants.

Youβll coach executives, content creators, and marketing teams, providing strategic guidance and hands-on training to build their confidence and capabilities.

Over time, this role offers a clear path toward becoming a Certified Endless Customers Coach, though it does not include leading coaching calls or making strategic decisions at this time.

Youβll work closely with lead website strategists as they interact with business owners, marketing teams, and content creators to develop and implement high-performing website strategies.
