Melanie Moore

Melanie Moore is VP of Finance & Admin at IMPACT, where she oversees the company's financial health and leads its people operations.

Her finance work covers revenue, costs, profitability, cash flow, and accounts receivable. On the admin side, Melanie leads hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and benefits for the whole company.

Melanie has been with IMPACT for eight years, including two in her current role. She has driven cross-team process improvements that made IMPACT's monthly close faster and more consistent, and she kept the close on track through an organizational restructuring. She partners closely with IMPACT's leadership and finance teams, and colleagues across the company rely on her. 

Outside of work, she's a passionate dance teacher. So if learning to tap dance is a secret bucket list item of yours, she's your girl!
