Kaitlyn joined IMPACT over 12 years ago, shortly after graduating college with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
Throughout the years, she's been a part of many departments, including marketing, sales, client services, & operations. She currently serves as the Head of Web Design & Development, where she oversees and manages a team of highly talented website designers and front-end developers.
Outside of IMPACT, Kaitlyn's favorite things include playing softball and volleyball, practicing karate, and cuddling with her adorable pup, Kobe.
