About Kaitlyn

Kaitlyn joined IMPACT shortly after graduating college with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.

As the VP of Operations, Kaitlyn is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of IMPACT's operational initiatives and processes, with a particular focus on how the team works together across all major departments.

In her spare time, you’ll often find Kaitlyn watching a Red Sox or New York Giants game, playing softball or volleyball, practicing karate, or cuddling with her adorable pup, Kobe.
