Kaitlyn Petro

Kaitlyn is a HubSpot Trainer who has been with IMPACT for nearly 13 years, working across marketing, sales, client services, operations, and web along the way. She doesn't just teach HubSpot, she connects it to how a company actually runs its marketing, sales, website, and customer experience.

For the past year, Kaitlyn has trained and coached organizations across HubSpot's marketing, sales, service, and CMS tools, working on 25-30 projects to date. She works especially closely with home service businesses in roofing, plumbing, lawn care, remodeling, and flooring. Her background on the web team, including launches like thewellesleydentist.com and championsfororalhealth.com, gives her a practical sense of how HubSpot and a company's website work together.

Outside of IMPACT, Kaitlyn's favorite things include playing softball and volleyball, practicing karate, and cuddling with her adorable pup, Kobe.
