Carolyn acts as the Chief of Staff for the Marketing and Membership team, keeping projects organized and aligned with strategic goals. She brings structure to planning, clarity to priorities, and consistency to execution, so the team can move forward with confidence.
After years of working across marketing, community, and operations at IMPACT, Carolyn has a deep understanding of how the business runs and how teams collaborate. She uses that experience to streamline communication, anticipate needs, and build systems that make daily work easier for everyone.
In her role as Content and Community Coordinator, Carolyn manages internal workflows, supports content and community initiatives, and helps maintain a steady rhythm across all projects. She is often the connecting point between ideas and execution, making sure details are handled and progress continues.
Outside of work, Carolyn enjoys trying new recipes, listening to country music, and reading.
