As IMPACT’s Talent Manager, Carolyn works closely with our VP of Talent to help strengthen our company’s culture, and ensure new employee onboardings are a success. On a day to day basis, she makes sure that the IMPACT office is performing like a well oiled machine.
As a tenured employee, she has had the chance to do a little bit of everything, including marketing coordinator, marketing manager, community coordinator, and office manager.
In her current role as Talent Manager, Carolyn is responsible for coordinating in-office visits for applicants, regularly updating our employee onboarding processes, and coordinating in-office onboardings for new employees.
Outside of her roles at IMPACT, you'll find Carolyn discovering new recipes, listening to country music, reading a book.
