At IMPACT, Gemi is a human-centric strategic thinker that harnesses digital marketing strategies using the They Ask You Answer methodology. She has worked with Fortune 500 brands and been responsible for the development and implementation of both domestic and international offline and online campaigns. After four years at Ogilvy Asia Pacific Media, Gemi then headed to the U.S. and worked with the USA Today. She threw herself into sales research and statistics using Nielson, Forrester Research, Lexis-Nexis, and Jupiter to shape key media decisions. Still in awe of the implications of the proper use of such data, she took a role at AOL in its internet budding stage while simultaneously studying for her MBA. After AOL, Gemi moved on to the online division of and was a key player in developing the interactive online greeting division growing subscribers.
