What’s expected of me and my team in order for Digital Sales & Marketing Mastery to be successful?
In order to be truly successful with Digital Sales & Marketing Mastery, it’s imperative that the right members of your sales, marketing, and leadership teams are ready to fully participate in planning, coaching, and training sessions. Your senior leader(s) will need to be completely bought-in and in support of the initiative before you begin working with your coach.
Digital Sales & Marketing Mastery also requires your team to be ready to do the work! Your coach will provide you with homework assignments and coursework in IMPACT+ (our online learning community), and you will be expected to complete these assignments on time. Your coach will guide your team in creating a strategic roadmap), which you will be expected to follow and take action as needed.
While your coach will help keep you accountable as you create and execute quarterly priorities and tasks, your team should also be keeping each other accountable as well. This will ensure that you are working as a cohesive team.
Why is IMPACT+ charged separately?
IMPACT+ Pro is a separate platform designed to work in tandem with the coaching and training services you’ll receive as part of your Digital Sales & Marketing Mastery Program. During and even after you’ve graduated from your Mastery program with us, IMPACT+ Pro will be a necessary component for your long-term digital sales & marketing success. As such, you’ll be required to purchase an IMPACT+ Pro subscription which gives you and your team continued access to our mastery-level coursework, and most importantly, allows you to connect and interact with other IMPACT+ community members who are on the same journey as you.
When should I expect to start seeing results with Digital Sales & Marketing Mastery?
There are two timeframes in which you'll see results with Digital Sales & Marketing Mastery: short-term and long-term.
As soon as you begin working with us to start creating written and video content that answers your buyers' questions, you can use that content to shorten the sales cycle and improve close rates. You can begin seeing these results as soon as you publish your first pieces of content.
The long-term results come from consistently publishing content that drives inbound traffic, leads, and sales over an extended period of time. The timeframe for seeing these kinds of results varies from company to company, depending on their starting point. (A company that's already updating their website on a regular basis will have an easier time than a company who hasn't updated their website in two years.) For most companies, they start seeing inbound traffic and leads increase within six months.
What should I expect my team training (content, video, HubSpot) to look like?
With content, video, and HubSpot training, you will be guided in executing the concepts of the They Ask, You Answer framework for your business, ensuring you prioritize and maximize your resources to see an immediate lift in traffic, leads, and sales.
We’ll also continually educate you on the latest best practices in content, video, and HubSpot so your team becomes empowered to generate and track content that will continue to drive these metrics.
You'll meet with the subject matter expert trainers 1-3 times per week (depending on your package) and have access to them in between meetings via Basecamp.
Content and video trainers will review and edit your content between meetings, and HubSpot trainers will provide technical support asynchronously on an as-needed basis.
What industries or types of businesses are the best fit for Digital Sales & Marketing Mastery?
Digital Sales & Marketing Mastery will be a fit for any company or industry that relies on educating their prospects before they make a purchasing decision. If your buyers are looking to do their research and make well-informed purchasing decisions, then your business will be a good fit for Digital Sales & Marketing Mastery.
Conversely, if your buyers buy your product on impulse or without thinking much about it, then Digital Sales & Marketing Mastery might not be a fit for you.

IMPACT can help you with that, too. As you work with your digital sales and marketing coach, you may uncover additional areas of improvement that your business could benefit from. Your account manager will help you scope out these projects with our team and ensure that you are getting exactly what you need.
