The Endless Customers Coaching & Training Program is a structured, strategic system built from years of experience and hundreds of client successes. We know what works and we follow a proven process to get results. This page breaks down exactly how the program works, step by step, so you know what to expect from day one.

The Typical Endless Customers Journey
What you’ll see below is the typical journey companies follow when implementing the Endless Customers System™ through our coaching and training program. For most, it takes about 24 months to master all the principles of Endless Customers. Some move faster, while others need a little more time.
Along your coaching and implementation journey, we will use the Endless Customers Scorecard measure and track your progress.

Alignment Day
Alignment Day is how it all begins. Just like any major company-wide initiative, success depends on getting everyone on the same page from the start. The day is split into two parts: a company-wide training and your first planning session.
During the training component, your team will learn the “why” behind the strategy, what to expect, and how each person contributes to its success. We introduce the core principles of the Endless Customers System™, so sales, marketing, and leadership are working from the same playbook. Sales understands how marketing will support them. Marketing knows how to deliver what sales needs to close deals faster.
In the planning session, we build your Game Plan for the first 90 days and complete your Endless Customers Scorecard for the first time, benchmarking your starting point.
Most companies opt to have Alignment Day done in-person, but can also be completed virtually.

Your First 90 Days: Building The Foundation
Coming out of Alignment Day, you’ll have a clear 90-day Game Plan. This is when implementation starts and the foundation is built.
A key part of that foundation is the content manager. If you already have one, we’ll make sure they’re set up for success. If not, we’ll help you find, hire, and onboard the right person. Once that role is in place, we’ll begin publishing three articles per week based on The Big 5—content that answers the questions your buyers are already asking.
During this period, you’ll have 1-2 coaching sessions per month with your senior team to oversee the rollout of Endless Customers. Your team will also receive 4-8 training sessions per month focused on building the right habits and skills, reviewing their work, and making sure they have the tools, direction, and support.
In parallel, we’ll help you optimize your website (usually without a full redesign), implement analytics, and update your YouTube channel and social media profiles. Sales and marketing will begin meeting regularly to align on content that supports revenue.
The earliest wins often come when your sales team starts using the content in real conversations to close deals faster.

On-Going 90-Day Cycles
At the end of your first 90 days, we regroup for your second planning session. We run a retrospective to review what worked, what needs improvement, and where to focus next. You’ll complete your second Endless Customers Scorecard to measure progress and identify gaps.
From there, we build the next 90-day Game Plan. Each quarter builds on the last, layering in video, self-service tools, AI, sales process improvements, website enhancements, and more. Coaching calls will continue, and trainings will continue to align with the focus areas of your Game Plan.
This rhythm of planning, training, execution, and review continues every 90 days as your team builds lasting mastery of the Endless Customers System™.

Achieve Mastery & Scale
Within 24 months, your team will be self-sufficient and fully equipped to run the Endless Customers System™ at the highest level. Most IMPACT clients achieve an Endless Customers score above 80 at this point.
Some choose to scale back to our base program, where we continue running Planning Sessions with a lighter level of coaching and training.
Others stay in the full program, recognizing that maintaining mastery is just as challenging as achieving it—especially as platforms evolve, the market shifts, and new team members join the business.
