If you're looking for help with advanced HubSpot implementation projects like integrations, migrations, or complex processes, we offer implementation add-ons to any training package.
We understand that you don’t always have the internal resources on hand to execute a project. That’s why when you work with one of our trainers you’ll be able to add on implementation support at any point in your program.
The best part? You’ll work directly with your trainer, who already understands your goals and team, to determine exactly what you need (and also what you don’t need!), and how much it will cost.
While the IMPACT HubSquad cannot do all of the migration work for you, we specialize in helping you think through your data migration process and organize your information in a format that will work with HubSpot’s existing database structure.
Ultimately, you are the experts of your own data set, and we are the HubSpot experts! We each have a vital role to play in order to ensure a successful migration.
Your team will be responsible for pulling the required data from your existing CRM, but once you are ready to migrate, our team will help you import and organize this information to make sure your HubSpot portal is set up for future success!

If you're using a legacy CRM that you're not sure how to get your data out of, you're probably not a good fit for us to coach you through a migration.
If you don’t have the technical skills or knowledge in-house and want a completely hands-off migration, we’re probably not the best fit for your team, but we can direct you to a partner that may be a better fit.
We are HubSpot experts (not SalesForce experts) so some of the leg work will require a SalesForce engineer on your team to ensure that all of the integration work is properly set up on the SalesForce side.
While we cannot seamlessly complete your SalesForce/HubSpot integration on your behalf, we can certainly help you navigate the integration settings from within HubSpot and ensure that the right data is syncing back and forth between the two systems.
Once you’re ready to integrate that data with HubSpot, our team will help you establish the initial connection and then organize this information to make sure your HubSpot portal is set up for future success!
We want you to be successful in HubSpot, and we’ve found that our most successful clients learn how to use the tool so that they can fully own their marketing and sales automation efforts. That’s why we’ve moved from the “Do It For You” model to the “Teach It To You” model.
We’ll provide you with the implementation support you need to get up and running, but our main focus is to teach you how to develop your HubSpot skills in-house.
If you need additional help from our technical experts, we can add on implementation services at any point in our engagement to tackle larger, more complex projects, such as building out complex lead assignment workflows, structuring your sales enterprise pipelines, or implementing Service Hub ticketing.
Our team will work with you to take a deeper look into your HubSpot portal, talk with you on what your needs are, and recommend what the implementation budget and timeline will be.
In 2019 IMPACT moved from the “Do It For You” model to the “Teach It To You” model. That means that our goal is to help you see the full value of your HubSpot investment -- which is why we want to ensure that your team is fully empowered to own HubSpot in-house.
That doesn’t mean that our team is taking a hands-off approach. We will be in your portal every week helping you learn how to draft blog posts, schedule email blasts, and build workflow automation. If we start to dive into more complex projects, we’re happy to include add-on implementation work from our technical experts to help you accomplish these big goals.
But the foundation of our approach is to help you learn how to use the tool so that you can fully own your marketing and sales automation efforts.
Unfortunately no. Our team does not offer custom API work in our current service catalog. However, we can recommend several trusted partners who can help with these types of projects.
Yes! Our team will help you audit your existing sales process and prepare for a whole-sale organizational shift to HubSpot’s Sales Enterprise software. This includes (but is not limited to):
During IMPACT’s HubSpot Portal Audit a HubSpot Certified Trainer will do a full portal review of any tools your team is currently using (and not using.) Our goal is to understand your current HubSpot processes and find ways to optimize your database and improve your marketing and sales automation processes.
The typical audit includes an “18-point inspection” of common areas of the tool. During our initial kick-off meeting, we can identify additional areas of interest that are unique to your organization, and evaluate if they would be a good fit to include in this project, or if we should wait to tackle larger issues when we reach ongoing HubSpot Training.
The key advantage to signing up for Advanced Training is more hands-on learning and time with your trainer (which means less leg-work for the client in-between standard consulting sessions.)
Advanced Training doesn’t mean you need to be an “advanced” user — it just means you need to progress through the curriculum more quickly.
All HubSpot Training engagements are structured around a 3-month roadmap designed to help you and your team achieve success with the software.
Why do we strongly recommend a minimum of 3-months? We need to set aside enough time to get our hands dirty. To dig into your portal and really understand where we can find new efficiencies and new areas for growth.
HubSpot is a complex tool with many moving pieces. To be fully proficient on the platform, we need to dedicate a certain amount of time to understand all areas of the tool and how to fully build out your marketing and sales automation machine.
If you need to onboard quickly, we can speed up our onboarding process to accommodate your timetable, but we highly recommend that we still keep the same amount of time (5-6 hours of on-call training time) and just adjust the meeting cadence as needed.
The IMPACT HubSquad is here to provide training and support (both on and off our calls.) We’re here to hold you accountable to your progress, while also providing the necessary technical assistance you need to be successful.
You can expect regular training sessions guided by a detailed roadmap based on your unique organizational objectives. This document is filled with additional resources and hands-on learning assignments.
In addition to HubSpot’s standard support options, you have an entire technical team that is willing to jump into your portal and investigate any issue. In between calls, if you have an urgent question, we can record personalized 1:1 videos to make sure you fully understand how to solve any problem that may arise.
