Austin is passionate about helping businesses grow the right way.
As a coach at IMPACT, he teaches companies how to implement the Endless Customers System, using content to create transparency, build trust, and empower buyers to make confident decisions.
Before stepping into coaching, Austin spent over a decade working in professional video and content production across corporate and nonprofit environments, including producing documentary work for PBS. He has written and produced buyer-focused content that answers tough questions, addresses concerns openly, and supports sales teams without relying on pressure tactics.
Austin believes the most effective sales and marketing strategies are rooted in honesty. His work centers on aligning leadership, marketing, and sales teams around content that puts the buyer first.
When he’s not coaching businesses, you’ll likely find him watching the Denver Broncos, playing pickup ice hockey, or spending time with his family.
