Myriah's experience has ranged from working at non-profits, a tech startup to inbound marketing agencies. When she first began her career at IMPACT she started as a Strategist where she oversaw and implemented marketing deliverables to help clients reach their goals.
Her current role consists of helping prospects discover the things they need to do to accomplish their marketing goals and whether or not IMPACT can help them achieve them.
When she’s not working, you’ll find Myriah traveling, hiking, volunteering her time at local animal sanctuaries, or cooking up some stellar vegan dishes.

Melanie a 15-year sales and marketing veteran, with a degree in Broadcast Journalism from Emerson College in Boston, MA. She's a writer and storyteller at heart.
In her current role here at IMPACT, she oversees the digital sales & marketing advisors to make sure all IMPACT is meeting or exceeding its clients expections. Her work as the Media and HVR Sales and Marketing Manager at HubSpot is what led her to join the IMPACT team.
Fun facts in no particular order: She created and was the Publisher of www.equippedbrewer.com, is a co-owner of a hard cider company that has distribution in 5 state, and has been on the air at CNN.

Tom DiScipio is responsible for the advocacy and success of our current clients, and the fostering of partnerships with organizations that allow us to provide our clients with even more value.
Beyond the day-to-day, Tom balances life at IMPACT with extra-curriculars including rockin’ out on guitar, photographing really cool things, and participating in all things automotive (more specifically BMW).

Genna is a 10 year sales and training professional with a vast range of experience. Having worked for big name brands such as: EMC, Google, Hubspot and Virgin Pulse, Genna’s love for innovative and culture centric companies has lead her to IMPACT.
Here at IMPACT, Genna thrives in helping her clients understand their own “why.” Helping define a business’s core purpose, map a plan to conquer and execute their objectives is what she does best. Having spent three years in Hubspot’s Partner program, Genna chose to join IMPACT because of our stellar reputation and unparalleled transparency. When not partnering with clients, Genna owns and operates a Standup Paddleboard Yoga studio.
On special occasions, she plans and consults wedding clients across New England. But most of her time is spent with her husband, their 100 lb chocolate lab and new baby boy, Camilo.
