Meet the Experts

Marc Amigone Director of Sales, HubSpot Alumni, 8+ Years of Marketing & Business Development Experience

As an Account Executive, Marc is responsible for helping new and existing clients of the agency to accomplish their marketing goals.

Marc is an inbound evangelist. After working for HubSpot for two years as an Inbound Marketing Consultant, onboarding new HubSpot customers to the platform and teaching them the fundamentals of inbound marketing, he certifiably bleeds orange.

When he’s not working, Marc is passionate about yoga, music, food, travel and living life to the absolute fullest. He lives with his beautiful wife in Somerville, MA.

Melanie Collins Managing Director, Mastery Division, 15+ Years of Sales and Marketing Expertise, HubSpot Alumni

Melanie a 15-year sales and marketing veteran, with a degree in Broadcast Journalism from Emerson College in Boston, MA. She's a writer and storyteller at heart. 

In her current role here at IMPACT, she oversees the digital sales & marketing advisors to make sure all IMPACT is meeting or exceeding its clients expections. Her work as the Media and HVR Sales and Marketing Manager at HubSpot is what led her to join the IMPACT team.

Fun facts in no particular order: She created and was the Publisher of www.equippedbrewer.com, is a co-owner of a hard cider company that has distribution in 5 state, and has been on the air at CNN.

Tom DiScipio VP of Product, Speaker, 8+ Years Sales & Client Success Expertise

Tom DiScipio leads the product team responsible for the design and engineering of IMPACT+: IMPACT's online learning community dedicated to educating marketers, salespeople and business leaders on achieving digital sales and marketing mastery within their organizations.

Beyond the day-to-day, Tom balances life at IMPACT as a hobbyist photographer, guitar player, and wannabe (BMW) race car driver.
