If you’re reading this, chances are you’ve already seen the massive potential of the Endless Customer System™ and you’re ready to dive in. That’s fantastic!

But we know what you’re probably thinking: "Who is going to be the expert guiding me on my journey?"

We want to walk you through exactly how we pair you with the coach who is best equipped to help you become the most known, trusted, and recommended brand in your market.

At IMPACT, we’ve designed a rigorous process to ensure that your coaching experience is consistent, high-quality, and perfectly tailored to your business needs and personality. Our goal is simple: to give you the confidence you need to implement Endless Customers, knowing that you have an expert team supporting you every step of the way.

What Is an Endless Customers Coach?

An Endless Customers Coach is the expert who is going to guide you through the Endless Customer System. We are not talking about generic business consultants here. These are specialists. They’ve worked with hundreds of businesses, successfully helping them achieve business growth and implement the entire system.

The specialization is key here.

Our coaches focus entirely on implementing the Endless Customer System™, which means they are dedicated to helping your company successfully move along the path to becoming the most known, trusted, and recommended brand in your market.

Who Are IMPACT’s Endless Customers Coaches?

When we look to hire and train coaches, we look for a very specific set of characteristics that we know translates directly into client success.

First and foremost, our coaches are dedicated learners.

They are very curious and have a passion for learning. This isn't just a job where they repeat the same material every day; they are always interested in what’s happening in the digital and AI landscape, ensuring they are staying ahead of all that constant change.

Secondly, they must be naturally strong leaders and coaches.

This is a core competency we look for. Being a great coach means understanding how to train people effectively and how to hold people accountable when necessary.

It also means knowing when to support people when they need that critical help, and, just as importantly, knowing when to challenge people to push them forward when they need to be challenged.

Third, and this is crucial for the success of the system, they are very process-oriented.

The Endless Customer System is designed the way it is for a reason, and we need coaches who are going to make sure that everything is being followed correctly. They are not going to let people skip steps. When we are finding coaches, this process-orientation is a key area we are looking for.

What About Experience? Have They Done It Themselves?

Our coaches have a wide variety of backgrounds.

Some of our coaches came up through the IMPACT system itself and have been here for five years, ten years, or even longer. Others have run large marketing departments, served as heads of sales, or have been successful entrepreneurs themselves. Some even have a combination of all that experience, bringing a wealth of knowledge to the table.

We think the diversity in the backgrounds of our coaches is actually part of the beauty of our team. This diversity exists both from a personality standpoint and an experience standpoint. This depth allows us to match clients with someone who is a great personality fit and an experience match for exactly what they need.

Finally, we want to reassure you: there are no coaches that we would ever match you with that are not qualified.

All of our coaches go through a very rigorous onboarding and training process. We do this so that we are all delivering services and the coaching program consistently. While we sometimes bring on new coaches, they have the necessary backgrounds, experience, and training to deliver the program flawlessly.

We would never match a client with a coach that is not ready to be a great coach for them.

How We Decide Which Coach You Get

The most important criterion in our selection process is that we match your company up with a coach that we think is right for you. This decision is based on everything we heard during our conversations with you throughout the sales process.

When we determine the right fit, we look at several factors:

  1. Relationship and Personality: We are constantly evaluating who we think the client will respond to best, and perhaps even more critically, who your staff will respond to best. We believe this personality match is key to helping you guide that decision and achieve success.
  2. Experience Factors: We look at industry experience, as well as your business model, revenue stage, and goals. While industry experience is certainly nice to have, we find that it is less important than the relationship and the depth of the coaches system knowledge.
  3. Capacity: We would be lying if we said there’s not a capacity factor that plays into it as well. We have limits to ensure quality service delivery, capping our coaches at a certain client number. We have a maximum load because beyond that, they simply don’t have the time to schedule meetings, be available, and conduct all the research needed to be as prepared as possible for every client. Clients regularly go through the program; they might move to a lighter program or successfully complete the program and go off on their own. Because of this constant cycle, coaches are regularly gaining or losing capacity to take on new clients at any given time.

Can I Request a Specific Coach or Coaching Style?

This question comes up frequently. Do you have input on the match? Can you request a specific coach or coaching style?

We make the ultimate recommendation after having gone through the entire experience with you. We have seen this process hundreds of times, and we have found that our recommendations generally work better than if you would have chosen yourself.

However, we don't want to make a blanket statement and just say "no." If there is a particular coach that you want to work with here at IMPACT (maybe you’ve seen them speak or read their content) we will certainly advise whether we think that coach is a really good fit for you, and as long as they have capacity, we will do everything we can to make that happen.

Know that we get requests all the time, and we do our best to match you.

No matter what we do, we are always trying to match the best coach with you. If your requested coach doesn't have capacity, we can use your preference for their style (for example, if you like someone’s demeanor or approach) to match you with another coach who aligns well with that desired style.

FAQs

Will I have one primary coach or a small team?

You will be working within a team structure designed for redundancy and consistency. You will generally have both an executive coach and a coach, as well as trainers. While we don't necessarily have two coaches on every single call, they are all in the loop regarding your progress. This structure ensures that every client we have is going to have a great experience.

If my coach is out or leaves, how do you cover continuity?

We have intentionally put numerous things in place to prevent any disruption to your momentum. Every coach is working with a team, and as we mentioned, they are all trained in the same system and know how to implement that system consistently.

If a coach is out for a period of time (whether for parental leave or any other reason) we have coverage. Because your entire team is kept in the loop on your progress, if we do need to bring someone in, you are not going to have to re-track on your progress or start over. You should never feel like you are working with a different company or having a brand new experience if you work with a different coach for a temporary period.

What information do you need before matching us with the right coach?

The good news is that you don’t need to provide us with anything extra outside of the normal discovery process. The information required to ensure the best match (including insights into your industry needs, business model, and personality fit) comes naturally through our early conversations and sales process. We have all the data we need to make an informed, customized recommendation for your company.
