Starting in the non-profit industry and moving into tech and other industries, she has used her in-house and agency experience to show the value of great content.
Allison lives in Orlando, Florida with her two kids. When they aren’t inside watching “Drain the Oceans”, they are biking, beaching and experiencing all the sunshine Florida has to offer.
Chris brings over two decades of multi-faceted leadership experience from both the military and business world. Driven by a desire to inspire and develop others, Chris is a high energy leader always working to better his team and their clients.
An Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom veteran, Chris held numerous leadership and staff positions while serving as an Infantry Officer in the US Army. The highlight of Chris’s military career was serving as the Commander for D Company, 1st Battalion, 504th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division.
Chris has a BA in Liberal Studies from Thomas Edison State College and an MS in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University. While not working to inspire and develop his team, you will catch Chris reading or sitting on his cushion.
Briana Walgenbach is an AI trainer at IMPACT, with a background in sales, marketing, teaching, and coaching. Briana has a strong love for learning and being immersed in an environment of growth. She is an avid reader and strives to be a better version of herself every single day.
Outside of work, Briana enjoys traveling, running, hiking, yoga, and spending time with her family/friends. Living just beside the Rocky Mountains has Briana hiking and camping every chance she gets with her partner Ben and their doggo.
Brian uses his background in sales & inbound marketing strategy to coach clients on creating content that impacts sales. As a salesperson, he experienced the first-hand struggles of legacy sales tactics. Through these struggles, he came to learn inbound marketing and became obsessed.
His experience in working with clients spans across all types of businesses in unique markets. He enjoys teaching content marketing strategies to help these businesses reach their ideal buyers.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys coaching and playing Ultimate Frisbee. He has been an advisor and coach to his alma mater, UNC-Wilmington, since 2012. He also enjoys discovering new music and attending concerts in and around Charlotte.
Jessica is the Director of Operations with a long track record of leveraging HubSpot as a marketer, as well as training HubSpot clients on how to maximize their investment in the tool.
Jessica has 10+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience. She works with clients to up their inbound marketing game, consider out-of-the-box automation strategies, and ultimately achieve their organizational goals.
She’s active in Certified HubSpot Trainer User Groups and periodically connects with product managers at HubSpot to provide feedback on their product roadmap.
When she’s not HubSpotting, Jessica loves to tackle new recipes in the kitchen, and she’s always down for a good road trip or weekend hike to enjoy spending time outside (away from her laptop).
They Ask, You Answer Coach, Devon McCarty, leads with his sleeves up. Devon works with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to understand the value of and to implement their digital sales and marketing strategies.
With a love of mentorship and teaching, he's known for his energy, optimism, and his ability to make virtually anyone he works with comfortable in just a few minutes. He inspires change, challenges thinking, and ensures that anyone can be excellent on and off-camera.
His previous experience as an inbound video marketer and broadcast journalist has given him the tools and passion to take the digital sales and marketing initiatives of his clients, to the next level. His experiences as a veteran of the United States Marine Corps gave him the drive and abilities to lead teams anywhere.
