As a Customer Success Manager on the Sales and Success team at IMPACT, Dia is responsible for helping new and existing clients accomplish their marketing goals. She’s passionate about connecting people and organizations with the solutions they need to reach their highest potential. Dia is a graduate of Ohio University's Scripps School of Journalism, with a specialization in Public Relations and Marketing. Dia lives in the Cleveland area with her husband and large, orange tabby cat, and is proud to be serving her second term on the Board of Directors for local nonprofit Front Steps Housing and Services. Dia is unapologetically obsessed with The Cleveland Browns, Taylor Swift and Chipotle :)
