Eric is a mission-driven marketing strategist with over 10 years of experience as both an in-house marketing lead, and a marketing agency director. He has helped guide marketing and branding strategies for Fortune 100 companies, multiple non-profit organizations, higher education institutions, and more. From marketing and sales integration to brand development and creative solutions,

Eric has led these initiatives from both the agency and client-side.

This well-rounded perspective has taught Eric to listen first - understand each client’s values - and identify their unique challenges. An empathetic communicator with a passion for teaching, he believes in seeking first to understand, then to be understood.

Eric is a coach at IMPACT.

Even the best athletes, professionals, and businesses benefit from a teacher - someone who can identify the blindspots, share insight - and coach them through effective strategies to ultimately sharpen the saw and grow.
He believes effective marketing is not created in a vacuum. Fostering strong relationships between sales, marketing, and leadership is the best way to create and tell a unified story.

When Eric is not coaching and helping clients grow, he is seeing the world and traveling with his amazing wife, staying active and playing sports, cheering on his beloved Steelers, and hanging with his adorable pup, Tucker.
