Do You Need HubSpot for Endless Customers?

If you’re thinking about starting with Endless Customers, you might be wondering what tools you’ll need in place to be successful.

To own your digital sales and marketing, you need more than content and good intentions. You need visibility. Visibility into how buyers are engaging, what’s moving deals forward, and where you may be falling short. Without it, you’re just guessing.

That’s where HubSpot comes in.

While not a hard requirement for every company, HubSpot is the platform we’ve seen consistently power the Endless Customers System™. It makes the invisible visible so you can measure trust, track buyer behavior, and align your sales and marketing teams around what actually drives growth.

Why is HubSpot Helpful?

At its core, Endless Customers is about owning your digital sales and marketing. This means producing the written and video content that builds trust, drives traffic, and helps educate buyers in the sales process.

But ownership is impossible without visibility. If you can’t measure ROI, you don’t know what’s working and what’s not. That’s where HubSpot comes in.

HubSpot offers three crucial functions:

  • Tracking ROI from your content. Traffic metrics, form submissions, downloads, deals, and influenced revenue all live in one place. This tells you which content is making money and which isn’t.
  • Tracking a prospect’s path through your site. See how a visitor enters, what they read, what they downloaded, and when. This helps you understand what they need and how they buy.
  • Knowing a customer’s sales touchpoints. Most sales involve more than one team member. HubSpot provides a central record of calls, notes, and activities so handoffs are seamless and the buyer experience feels smooth.

Without these insights, your sales and marketing efforts are based on guesswork, which leads to inefficiencies and frustration.

HubSpot brings these capabilities together in what we’ve found to be the most user-friendly, cost-effective, and scalable package. It’s not just about having a CRM. It’s about having the growth engine that makes the Endless Customers System™ possible.

What Does HubSpot Cost?

HubSpot offers multiple tiers depending on your company’s stage and needs:

  • Free and Starter Tiers: Good for very small businesses. Includes basic CRM, email marketing, and forms. Helpful to get started, but limited for companies implementing Endless Customers.
  • Marketing Hub Professional ($800/month): The tier most Endless Customers companies use. It includes marketing automation, advanced reporting, SEO tools, and contact-based pricing.
  • Sales Hub Professional ($90/month per seat): Adds deal pipelines, quotes, meeting scheduling, and sales automation. Important for aligning sales and marketing.
  • Enterprise Tiers (custom pricing): For large organizations needing more advanced reporting, permissions, or integrations.

On average, our clients spend about $1,000/month for the combination of Marketing Pro plus contacts. Larger companies investing in both Marketing and Sales Pro may spend more.

What About HubSpot Contact Pricing?

One of the biggest cost drivers with HubSpot is the size of your database. HubSpot now uses marketing contacts pricing, which means you only pay for the contacts you actively market to. This shift removed a common frustration: having to pay for every single contact in your system, even if they weren’t receiving emails.

Pro users see cost increases at every 5,000 contacts, Enterprise users at every 10,000. Non-marketing contacts can be stored at virtually no cost (up to one million).

Should I Have HubSpot in Place Before Starting Endless Customers?

It’s not necessary to already have HubSpot set up before you begin your Endless Customers journey.

If you do already have HubSpot and are familiar with the tool, you may be poised to move more quickly through certain trainings, but this is not a requirement for getting started. We’ll train you to use HubSpot in the ways that best serve your business, whether you are a novice or a seasoned user.

If you want to get started and see what you can learn and put in place before beginning, go right ahead. Or, if you feel like you’d rather explore with a seasoned guide by your side, you can wait to do so with our certified HubSpot trainers.

Could Another Platform Work?

The majority of Endless Customers clients use HubSpot. That said, it is not officially a requirement.

If your business already has a well-established marketing automation and analytics system that works well for your needs and meets the three crucial requirements listed above, your coach won’t ask you to abandon that system in favor of HubSpot.

Even so, they may advise (but not require) you to switch if certain HubSpot functionalities would be beneficial for your business.

After all, it’s not just what HubSpot does, it’s how easily it does it. If your system is convoluted, temperamental, or confusing, HubSpot is likely the better option.

Tracking Your Own Mastery with HubSpot

Embarking on a journey to take ownership of your digital sales and marketing hinges on your ability to measure and take stock of what you’re doing.

From your content manager planning upcoming content strategy to your sales reps keeping careful notes of explore calls to your CMO checking traffic metrics, HubSpot is the tool that makes this all possible, even easy.

While there are situations where HubSpot will not be required, we strongly recommend it in every case, knowing how well it allows you to measure the efficacy of your trust-building efforts.

HubSpot Helps Build Trust

“In a world of infinite information, trust is the ultimate currency”.

HubSpot is the system that lets you measure whether you’re earning that currency. It’s where the Endless Customers Scorecard lives, showing whether you’re publishing consistently, enabling sales, and building momentum.

While not a formal requirement, HubSpot is the tool we’ve seen most reliably help companies transform content into a true growth engine, one that builds trust, accelerates sales, and makes you undeniable in your market.

If you need help getting started with implementing HubSpot in your Endless Customers journey, we are always happy to help.
