Chris Duprey Chief Learning Officer and Coach, 10+ Years in Business Development & Leadership, Former Infantry Officer

Chris brings over a decade of multi-faceted leadership experience from both the military and business world.  Driven by a desire to inspire and develop others, Chris is a high energy leader always working to better his team and their clients.  

An Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom veteran, Chris held numerous leadership and staff positions while serving as an Infantry Officer in the US Army.  The highlight of Chris’s military career was serving as the Commander for D Company, 1st Battalion, 504th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division.

Chris has a BA in Liberal Studies from Thomas Edison State College and an MS in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University.  While not working to inspire and develop his team, you will catch Chris reading or sitting on his cushion.

Brie Rangel Chief Operating Officer, 10+ Years of Digital Marketing Experience

From blogging before inbound marketing was a term, to newsjacking before that was coined by David Meerman Scott,  to implementing scrum before agile marketing took off, Brie has been at the epicenter of today’s most influential marketing strategies.

Upon her graduation from the University of Missouri School of Journalism, she took her knowledge and natural know-how and applied it as a Strategist for 10 years developing award-winning marketing campaigns for clients ranging from small nonprofits to large enterprise organizations.

She now leads IMPACT’s services division, keeping her ears on the ground for the latest marketing strategies and tactics we should be offering for our clients and guiding her team to reach new levels every day. In addition to her marketing background, Brie is an emerging leader on a quest to grow and share what she learns along the way.

Brie is also a co-host of MarketHer, a video podcast for women in marketing, and is working to bring her passion outside of work in her local community to build confidence and leadership skills in school-age girls to build the next generation of working women.

Brie works remotely in Houston, Texas. When she’s not cheering for the Astros (World Series Champs!), using the word, “ya’ll” in every sentence, or riding her horse to work (just kidding), you’ll find her hanging out with her family and her bloodhound, Duke.

Tom DiScipio VP of Product, Speaker, 8+ Years Sales & Client Success Expertise

Tom DiScipio leads the product team responsible for the design and engineering of IMPACT+: IMPACT's online learning community dedicated to educating marketers, salespeople and business leaders on achieving digital sales and marketing mastery within their organizations.

Beyond the day-to-day, Tom balances life at IMPACT as a hobbyist photographer, guitar player, and wannabe (BMW) race car driver.

Bob is the founder and CEO of IMPACT, a company focused on helping people find success with inbound marketing through education, events, and agency services. In 2017, IMPACT was recognized as HubSpot's Partner Agency of the Year.

Personally, Bob is a graduate of Central Connecticut State University and was inducted into their School of Business Hall of Honor in 2014 for entrepreneurial excellence. In the same year, he was also recognized as one of Hartford Business Journal's 40 Under Forty. Beyond being driven to grow IMPACT, Bob strives to be at the forefront of the inbound marketing movement and loves helping similar agencies execute their growth.

In his spare time, he is a regular speaker at HubSpot's annual Inbound Conference and local universities, an active member of several entrepreneurial groups, and sits on the boards of local educational and community foundations. He is also an avid Yankees and Jets fan.

Today, Marcus is an international keynote speaker known for his unique ability to excite, engage and motivate live audiences. He also works with hundreds of businesses, helping them to become the most trusted voice in their industry.

Marcus has also been featured in multiple industry publications, including the New York Times where he was referred to as a “web Marketing guru.” His book “They Ask, You Answer” has inspired thousands to achieve their potential but has given them the tools they need to get there.

Today, when Sheridan isn’t giving riveting and passion-filled keynotes, he generally finds himself on an adventure with his wife and 4 children.
