Bob's Bio

Bob Ruffolo is the founder and CEO of IMPACT, a coaching and training company that helps businesses improve their sales, marketing, communication, and leadership. Founded in 2009, IMPACT started as a small marketing agency but has since grown into a leading provider of business coaching and training services. Under Bob’s guidance, the company has been honored with several awards including being named HubSpot Partner of the Year twice and being recognized multiple times as a great place to work. Additionally, the company has made the Inc 5000 list 5 years in a row.

Bob is relentlessly focused on helping people grow as professionals and as leaders. The purpose of IMPACT is to create heroes, grow businesses, and change lives, a responsibility he takes very seriously. The company is on a mission to impact 10,000 businesses all over the world. Bob is humbled by the recognition he has received, including being a 40 under 40 winner and being listed on Glassdoor’s Best CEO for Small Businesses list. He also believes in giving back to the community and currently sits on the board of several non-profits and charitable foundations.

In his free time, Bob enjoys running, travel, checking out new restaurants, and sipping on his favorite bourbon. He is a fan of the New York Yankees, New York Jets, and Ohio State football. Bob is a driven and passionate leader always looking for ways to improve and make a positive impact in the world.
