As the Director of HubSpot Training at IMPACT, Carina is able to tap into her two passions simultaneously -- her mastery of the HubSpot platform and helping people solve problems. Before leading the "HubSquad" (a team of HubSpot trainers and consultants), Carina spent three years maximizing HubSpot to empower dozens of her clients to overcome their biggest marketing challenges, and doing one-on-one training and consulting with on HubSpot with clients.

Today, she uses that deep experience to build out trainings and workshops to help more clients get to where they need to go. Her day-to-day varies from one-on-one coaching and consulting, to experimentation and delivering workshops, to co-hosting the Hubcast with Marcus Sheridan, a weekly HubSpot-focused podcast. When not geeking out on all things HubSpot, you can find her being a #powderhound on the mountain or hucking it in a disc golf tournament.

Joe Bachir

HubSpot Consultant

As a HubSpot Consultant at IMPACT, Joe works with companies of all sizes to get the most out of their inbound marketing efforts. While this does include making sure that the clients are utilizing HubSpot effectively, it also means aligning the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure success throughout their inbound marketing strategy.Being a member of the HubSquad (IMPACT’s team of awesome HubSpot trainers), Joe works one-on-one with clients on a weekly basis to develop and implement their inbound and HubSpot strategies in a way that encourages clients to own and grow their success as a team. Believe it or not, HubSpot is not the only thing Joe is passionate about. On his off days you can catch him on the water kayaking, or finding the best new local spot to eat at.
