You can say Melissa was in love with all things computers since the day she learned to walk (and has a picture to prove it). Having a love for IT, you think she would go to school to be an IT nerd, but instead went in the direction of graphic design.

After a handful of years of doing both web design and web development, she followed her heart and went in the direction of solely focusing on web development.

With over 10 years of experience, Melissa leads a team of 4 other developers and helps the team create unique web experiences for our clients.

Daniel is a Web Developer at IMPACT, and has been designing / developing complex websites for over 15 years.

He started his career working as a graphic designer and print producer for advertising agencies in Miami, FL, where he was born and raised. Since his transition to web, his absolute passion is creating dynamic websites that provide an exceptional user experience and help increase traffic and improve SEO.

Outside of IMPACT he’s a husband, a doting father, and loves anything on the ocean.

Morgan is the Director of Digital Product at IMPACT. Ever since getting his first "Hello world!" to display onscreen, he's been obsessed with all things web and tech.

He brings experience as a financial and marketing professional (in a previous life) to the creative process, and is passionate about building incredible digital product experiences for our audience.
