Hey there, fellow Endless Customers enthusiasts! I'm Darin Berntson, but you can call me "Doc." Yep, just like Bugs Bunny's favorite catchphrase, "What's up Doc?"

I've been in the world of digital marketing for more than 25 years. Way back in 2013, I started Bernco Media, an Inbound Marketing agency that was part of the initial HubSpot Certified Partner program. It's been quite a journey, though not always smooth sailing.

But guess what? I've come to realize that the traditional agency model is seriously flawed. In some ways, broken. So, in 2023, I made a big change. I transformed Bernco Media from a run-of-the-mill do stuff for you marketing agency into a Digital Sales and Marketing Coaching & Training Company. And guess what again? It's all based on the awesome Endless Customers System^TM.

Now, let's talk about the kind of businesses I want to work with. Usually, these are small teams who have been around the block for a while. They make between $2 million and $5 million in revenue each year. In other words, they're small but mighty!

At the beginning, I'll be working with B2B or B2C clients, either one-on-one or with their teams. But I'll keep my client load between 4 and 6 active clients at any given time. Why? Well, it's important to me that everyone gets a personalized experience without too many distractions.

Now, here's the deal: I'm not your typical agency. Nope! Bernco Media doesn't offer services like setting up HubSpot, creating content, making videos, or doing all that technical stuff. Instead, I'm here to coach and guide our dedicated clients, helping them bring these functions in-house.
