Website Redesign With IMPACT
We design and build websites on HubSpot and WordPress that are built to perform in both traditional search and AI platforms. AI makes our process faster and sharper. Human expertise drives every strategic decision. The result is a website your team can manage without a developer and fully optimized to educate buyers.
Why Companies Choose a Website Redesign With IMPACT
The problem most companies have when they come to us is that their website has become something they work around instead of something that works for them. They can't update it on their own, they can't tell which pages actually influence revenue, and the site was built for the way people searched and bought years ago, not for how they research and decide today.
Built on a proven, modular framework, not a start-from-scratch approach
We don’t start from scratch on every project. Our module-based design system has been refined across hundreds of builds. Every module is cross-browser tested, fully responsive, optimized for performance, and built so your marketing team can use it without touching code. Because we’re not debugging custom components on your dime, more of your investment goes toward strategy, content, and the work that actually drives results.
Experienced strategists, not junior staff, leading every project
At IMPACT, your project is led by strategists who have planned and launched hundreds of websites across industries. They know what works, what fails, and what looks good in a mockup but falls apart in the real world. You’ll feel the difference from the first time you meet our team.
A website optimized for the age of AI
We use AI throughout strategy, content, and QA to work faster and deliver more value in less time. We build your site with the best practices for AI search in mind. That means structured content, semantic markup, and the kind of detailed, honest information these platforms are built to surface.
Ability to update and manage your website with ease
Most agency relationships create dependency by design. You launch a site you can’t operate, then you’re locked into monthly retainers because nobody on your team knows how it works. We take the opposite approach. Your team builds pages alongside us, learns the module library and templates, and walks away able to create pages, update content, and run tests without filing a ticket. Outside support becomes a choice, not a requirement.
Who is a good fit for a website redesign with IMPACT?
We don't try to be the right fit for every company. Here's an honest look at who we work best with and where someone else will serve you better.
We're a good fit if...
You believe in the Endless Customers methodology and want a site built around it.
You want your team to own, manage, and optimize the website in-house.
You want to understand the data behind your site so you can make smart decisions.
You want a site built to perform in both Google and AI platforms like ChatGPT.
You value coaching, training, and being challenged to grow as a team, so you walk away as stronger marketers, not just with a better website.
Your team is ready to be involved in creating the content needed for your website to perform, with our coaching and guidance throughout.
We're not a good fit if...
You want a hands-off build where an agency does everything and you never touch the site.
You want an agency to write all your content for you.
You need a platform other than HubSpot or WordPress (we don’t build on Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, etc.).
Your primary need is a dedicated e-commerce platform (we have some experience with e-commerce platforms, but it's not our core specialty).
Your top priority is high-end, award-winning visual design (our design work is strong, but we lead with strategy and performance first).
What you get with your Website Redesign project

How it Works: Process and Phases
Most agencies build a website and move on to the next project. We don't. Every phase of our process is designed to leave your team more capable than when you started.
Here's what that looks like in practice:
Discovery & Scoping
We don’t take on every project that comes our way. A redesign is a significant investment on both sides, and the worst thing we can do is start something that isn’t set up to succeed. When you first reach out, you'll meet with an IMPACT Advisor to understand what’s driving the redesign, what your current site is and isn’t doing for you, and what you need the new one to accomplish. We’ll also be honest if we think a full redesign isn’t the right move yet.
If there's a strong mutual fit, then you'll meet the web strategist who would lead your project. They're the ones who scope the engagement and build a proposal tailored to what you actually need. By the time you see a scope of work, you'll already have a relationship with the person running the project and a clear picture of what you're signing up for.
You’ll walk away with: A clear understanding of whether IMPACT and your web strategist is the right fit for you, a detailed scope of work, and honest guidance on whether a redesign is the right next step.
Strategy & Research
Before we begin, we need to know exactly what we're working with and where we're going. A content inventory surfaces what exists, what's missing, and what needs to go. The sitemap, page strategies, and journey mapping turn that into a clear architecture so your new site is built around how buyers make purchase decisions today.
You’ll walk away with: Content inventory, sitemap, page strategies, and journey mapping.
Content & Design
Next, we'll redesign your homepage to set the visual direction. From there, we build your module library. These are the tested building blocks your team will use to create pages consistently. At the same time, your team begins writing content with page-by-page guidance, and ongoing reviews that will push you to publish the content your buyers need to hear in order to choose you.
You’ll walk away with: A new homepage design and direction, a product/service page, a usable module library, and content in progress with a defined review process.
Build
This is where pages get built inside of HubSpot or WordPress. Your team does a meaningful chunk of the page building, with our team reviewing, guiding, and quality checking along the way. That's intentional. We want you to feel confident and comfortable updating your website long-term.
You’ll walk away with: Templates and modules built, core pages live, and real confidence in how the site works behind the scenes.
QA, Redirects & Migration
We plan one to three weeks for this, depending on site size. This is where we slow down on building and focus on making sure everything works the way it should. Quality checks, form and conversion tracking testing, 301 redirects, and mobile and cross-browser testing. Everything required to move from your old site to the new one without breaking what matters. If you have existing traffic and rankings, this is where we protect them.
Important to know: We won't QA every single page, but we will devote a set number of hours to reviewing the most critical pages. We’ll provide you with our findings, so you can see the types of things we call out so you're equipped to identify the same going forward.
You’ll walk away with: A site that’s been pressure-tested across devices, forms and conversions that function correctly, redirects handled, and a punch list of final fixes closed before launch.
Launch
Launch is a coordinated effort with your team. We recommend setting aside at least half a day to focus on your website launch. We run final checks on forms, tracking, and key conversion paths, handle quick fixes as they come up, and make sure everything behaves the way it should, both visually and operationally. We set expectations clearly here: launch is a milestone, not the finish line. The goal is to go live confidently, then shift into monitoring and improving based on real user behavior.
You’ll walk away with: A live, fully functional website with all forms, tracking, and conversion paths verified. A coordinated launch with your team, real-time issue resolution, and a clear plan for the monitoring and optimization phase ahead.
Training + Optimization (Post-launch)
After launch, we spend one to two months on training, optimization, and monitoring. This is where your team feels the shift from “the website is done” to “we can run this.” We continue to work on page building and help you understand the tools you'll use day-to-day.
On the optimization side, we look at real user data and tighten conversion paths, page performance, and anything that surfaces after launch.
For teams that want continued support beyond this window, our website optimization and training program picks up where the redesign ends. It's built for teams that have a strong website and want ongoing coaching to improve conversion rates, publish new content with confidence, and keep the site performing as your business evolves.
You’ll walk away with: A team trained on the module library, page building, and day-to-day site management. Performance data reviewed and acted on, conversion paths tightened based on real user behavior, and the confidence to run, update, and grow your website without outside help.
Redesign Project Timelines
Typical full redesigns take four to seven months from kickoff to launch. Timelines vary based on scope, complexity, and how fast your team can move on content and decisions.
Your Team’s Time Commitment
Here’s what's typically required on your side throughout the engagement:
We'd be lying if we said a redesign is easy. There will be weeks where the website feels like it's competing with everything else on your plate. Because we're going to hold you accountable to deadlines and ownership, it can feel uncomfortable at times, especially when you've been through a hands-off agency website project in the past.
Here's the payoff: when you build your website the right way, you don't launch a site that just checks the box. You launch one your team is proud of, can manage without a developer, and is optimized for your buyers.
Real Teams. Real Skills. Real Results.
ZINTEX Home Remodeling: Breaking Records with a Better Website
When ZINTEX Home Remodeling came to IMPACT, they were already running a steady operation with their previous agency, averaging around 576 leads and just under 89 booked demos a month, with net revenue holding near $562K. Solid numbers, but plateaued. ZINTEX wanted a website that did more than look good. They wanted a stronger engine for booked demos, qualified buyers, and revenue growth, paired with coaching that would keep that engine improving over time.
The redesigned site launched in the fall, and ZINTEX held its footing through a transition that trips up a lot of companies. Plenty of businesses see revenue dip in the first month after a relaunch as a new site finds its rhythm. ZINTEX did not. Net revenue stayed strong at roughly $552K through October while the new foundation settled in, setting them up for what came next.
What came next was record-breaking. On January 1, 2026, ZINTEX posted the highest-grossing day in the company's history at just over $900K, and by January 7 they had already reached close to $3 million in sales for the year. Those results come from pairing a conversion-focused website redesign with ongoing coaching through IMPACT's Endless Customers System, giving ZINTEX a sales and marketing foundation alongside their website, built to keep growing well beyond launch day.

How Much Does a Website Redesign With IMPACT Cost?
We believe you deserve to know what things cost before you talk to anyone. Our full range is $25,000 to $155,000. That's wide because different scopes are truly different projects. Here's how to narrow it down.

After launch, your team will be fully trained to manage and update the site independently. If you want ongoing strategic support, conversion optimization, and coaching as your site and team grow, our Website Optimization & Training program is designed as the next step. It's optional, and we'll be transparent about what it costs and what it includes before you have to decide.
What Drives Cost Up (and What Keeps It Down)
Understanding what influences pricing helps you make the right decisions about scope, priorities, and where to invest. Here are the biggest factors.
Size & Scope of the Site
More pages means more strategy decisions, more content, more review cycles, more QA, and more redirects. We’ll help you determine what to migrate, what to retire, and what to build new. No need to carry page bloat that adds cost without adding value.
Level of Custom Design
Custom design for every page and section drives cost up quickly. Our module library approach keeps things consistent and efficient. You get a strong, professional look without paying to design hundreds of one-off layouts.
Custom Functionality & Integrations
Pricing calculators, portals, advanced forms, membership areas, third-party integrations: all doable, but they change scope, timeline, and budget. We’ll push you to separate must-haves from nice-to-haves so you’re investing where it matters most.
Content Readiness
How quickly your team can write, review, and approve content is one of the biggest factors in both timeline and total cost. When content stalls, everything stalls. Teams that come in ready to move get more value for every dollar.
Platform & Migration Complexity
Moving from a legacy CMS with years of content, custom code, and technical debt requires significantly more resources to make sure nothing breaks when the new site goes live. The more complex your current setup, the more careful work is needed to launch cleanly.
Who Builds the Pages
Our team builds the first 10-20 pages and trains yours along the way. After training, your team will be equipped to build and launch additional pages using the module library. The more pages your team takes on, the lower the project cost. The more you want our team to build, the higher it goes.

If you’re considering a less expensive option
Our projects start at $30K, so less expensive options exist. The trade-offs usually show up after you’ve signed: smaller or offshore teams with communication delays, little strategy before design begins, minimal QA, no SEO or redirect planning during migration, and a finished site nobody trained your team to manage.
We hear from companies regularly who went this route and needed to start over within twelve to eighteen months. The most common things they tell us:
“The site looks nothing like the mockup.”
“We lost search traffic after launch because nobody planned for redirects.”
“We can’t get anyone on the phone when something breaks.”
“Our team has no idea how to update anything.”
The upfront savings disappear quickly when you’re paying to fix or rebuild.
What to do:
Look at live sites they’ve built and test them on your phone.
Read reviews on Clutch or Google and pay attention to what clients say about QA, communication, and post-launch support.
Check Glassdoor to see what current and past employees say about the quality of work and their experience at the company.
Ask how they handle redirects during migration, who your day-to-day contact will be, and whether your team will be trained to manage the site independently.
If you’re considering a more expensive option
Some agencies charge significantly more than we do, and some do exceptional work. The difference is usually a fully bespoke design, larger creative teams, and premium positioning.
Where we see companies get frustrated is when the model creates dependency. The site looks beautiful, but every update, new page, or report requires a retainer. We've worked with companies spending $12K to $18K a year on top of the original project just to operate what they already paid for. They love the design but felt stuck, unable to move quickly or publish content without submitting a ticket.
Our approach is different. Your team learns to manage the site during the build, and if you want ongoing strategic support afterward, our Website Optimization & Training program is structured, transparent, and designed to make your team more capable over time rather than more dependent.
What to do:
Evaluate whether the portfolio quality justifies the premium cost.
Look for patterns in reviews around how involved clients were and how independent they were afterward.
Ask what percentage of the budget goes toward strategy versus production, whether your team will be able to manage the site on their own, and what ongoing costs look like in year one and two.
“We grew to over 150K website visitors starting from around 235. Growth was slow at first, but we saw it increase every month with no other advertising”

Bill Ragan Roofing
"We were guided to grow our roofing business the right way, with month-over-month improvement in leads, sales, and brand awareness across our full service area."
Adam Martin, Media Director
Hoel Roofing
A Few More Questions We Hear Often
Even with the information above, we know that there are a lot of questions that come with a project of this scale. Here are some of those that we hear most often and how we can help.
If I redesigned my site 1–2 years ago, do I really need to do it again?
Sometimes yes, sometimes no.
If you redesigned recently and you can actually manage it, iterate, and see what’s happening, then that’s great. You might not need a rebuild. You might need optimization.
But if you redesigned and still can’t control the site, can’t move fast, don’t have access, or don’t have visibility into what’s working… that’s when the question becomes: what did you really “buy” the first time?
I’m worried about losing SEO rankings if we redesign.
You’re right to ask this. Yes, a redesign can impact SEO. Anyone who promises you there will be no fluctuations is not being honest.
What we do is mitigate: QA, redirects, testing, technical checks, and post-launch monitoring.
But we won’t sell a fantasy that there’s zero risk.
We’ve been burned by an agency. How is IMPACT any different?
Our approach is built around shared work and shared ownership (you’re not passive). That’s why we have you building pages with us, learning the system, and understanding how everything works, so you’re not stuck again.
What if we want to do this… but we don’t have the time?
There are basically three levers you can pull:
- Cost
- Speed
- Time (your team’s available hours)
If you can’t invest the time, we have to adjust something else: scope, timeline, support level, or expectations.
Do we need HubSpot or WordPress?
We build the majority of websites in HubSpot because it operates as a full CMS stack. It’s also easy for teams to maintain. Check our article on how HubSpot and WordPress stack up against each other for more information.
What if our budget is tight?
If budget or bandwidth is tight, we can talk about launching in phases, but we’ll be honest about trade-offs.
Sometimes an MVP approach makes total sense: launch the core pages that matter most, build momentum, then expand.
Other times, especially when SEO signals and existing traffic matter, we may recommend a more complete approach so you don’t accidentally create avoidable ranking swings or gaps in the buyer journey.
Either way, we treat this like a strategy decision based on the needs of your business.
