Melissa Smith

Melissa Smith is Web Team Manager / Sr. Front-end Developer at IMPACT, where she maintains the TRUST website theme created by IMPACT, builds the custom features clients need, and runs operations for the web team.

Melissa has more than 20 years of experience in web development. As a front-end developer, she keeps IMPACT's client theme up to date and builds anything custom a client's site requires. As the team's operations lead, she owns project management, capacity tracking, workload balancing, internal coordination, onboarding, scoping support, and ClickUp and HubSpot hygiene. She's also the web team's scrum master and has supported IMPACT's sales team.

The part of the work she enjoys most is watching clients take control of their own sites without waiting on a developer for every update. That ownership is a core goal of the Endless Customers System, and Melissa likes knowing her work helps make it possible.

She holds the HubSpot CMS for Developers II certification and has earned multiple other HubSpot Academy certifications. 

Outside of work, you can find Melissa spending time with family, going to UCONN Women's Basketball games and even some Final Four weekends (so far 4 and counting), traveling to Pittsburgh or the Jersey Shore, or watching/listening to any Pittsburgh sports. She bleeds black and gold for the City of Champions.
