Will came into the world of integrated digital marketing in 2018 equipped with decades of invaluable high school teaching experience, which helps him create and deliver engaging training programs that guide HubSpot clients to get the most out of their marketing software investment.

Will recently spoke at HubSpot’s annual INBOUND conference, delivering a Deep Dive Session about how to successfully manage organizational change when implementing the Marketing and Sales Hubs. When Will isn't HubSpot-ing, he is performing, producing music, or simply having a good time with his wife, three kids, and three dogs.

Kristie is an international speaker/trainer and has coached individuals in the interview and communications space for corporate development and public speaking. A graduate of Morehead State University with degrees in Theatre and Broadcast Journalism, Kristie has joined IMPACT as a They Ask, You Answer Coach. She's competed on the national stage; representing her home state of Kentucky at Future Business Leaders of America, Miss Teen USA, and Miss America.

While living in Los Angeles, she studied Improv at The Groundlings Theatre. She has been published in various women's magazines within the central Kentucky regional area.

For fun, Kristie loves watching movies, traveling, cooking with her husband, writing, reading on her front porch, and planning the next gathering with friends and family.
