He’s also the host of the Constructing Success Podcast, where he shares practical insights on sales, leadership, and personal growth with top performers and industry leaders.
As a former collegiate athlete and team captain, Derek learned firsthand the power of discipline, teamwork, and accountability. Today, he brings that same results-driven mindset to every client engagement, equipping sales teams and leaders with the strategies and coaching they need to achieve and exceed their goals.
