Michael Accuosti

Since graduating from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY, Michael has increased the depth and level of his finance and human resources accountabilities as he's scaled up and taken on more challenging roles throughout his 20+ year career.

Michael cut his teeth first in the media world, working in A/R and general accounting in radio, eye-witnessing an industry based in marketing and helping customers reach their potential. Continuing in media, Michael took on additional payroll responsibilities while working in accounting in newsprint. Michael then moved into the manufacturing industry, handling all aspects of accounting and HR in addition to purchasing and supply chain management.

Michael has now come full circle in returning to an industry hyper-focused on helping clients achieve their marketing and sales goals - uniquely with They Ask, You Answer - by leading IMPACT's finance department. Michael’s goal is to combine his strong business acumen and caring with IMPACT’s value system to create a positive and productive experience for anyone who interacts with our finance and HR team and systems.

Outside of crunching numbers at IMPACT, you can find Michael on his bike, on a hiking trail, playing cards, or off on some crazy travel adventure. What he loves the most, though, is spending time with friends and family.
