About Reagan

Reagan Cotton is a Coach at IMPACT who helps businesses become the most trusted voice in their market, from strategy through execution.

Before joining IMPACT, Reagan ran a video production and media strategy company and co-ran a marketing agency that managed clients' organic growth and paid strategy. That work covered brand voice, websites, SEO, ads, and a lot of video, mostly for companies in home services, medical and wellness, hospitality and events, and automotive and consumer brands. Much of it meant taking businesses that posted whenever they felt like it and building them a real content system. 

Reagan's coaching comes down to three habits: strategy before cameras, getting a company's own people on camera, and measuring everything so it keeps getting better.

He has a degree in Business & Operations from Hope College, where he won an award for a short film he directed.
