But becoming a great communicator is an artform not all professionals have mastered.

What does it truly mean to be a good communicator? How do you show up in conversations? Have you had meetings with clients or your own team where you thought… "Wow, that didn’t go how I intended it to,” all because you failed to communicate effectively?

If you’re looking to improve your communication skills and how you navigate tough conversations with clients and colleagues, then this is the workshop for you. You’ll learn the world-class communication teachings of Marcus Sheridan, as well as from years of experience working with clients of our own.

Spend two days role-playing how to apply critical communication principles into everyday conversations.

You'll learn how to:

  • Deep-dive into the core communication principles used by Marcus Sheridan and IMPACT’s coaches with clients.
  • Put it into practice — you’ll role-play with other workshop attendees and get valuable feedback on how to best apply these communication principles in real conversations.

Chris Marr, Global Coaching Performance Director at IMPACT

Chris Marr is a teacher and student of content marketing. He's the founder and driving force behind the Content Marketing Academy, the UK's largest membership organisation of its type.
