Is Endless Customers Live worth attending?

For the right company, Endless Customers Live can be worth the investment because it gives leadership, sales, and marketing time to work on the same customer acquisition problems together. It is most valuable when you bring people who can make decisions and commit to using what they build after the event.

  • It is a three-day, in-person conference focused entirely on the Endless Customers System

  • Sessions combine teaching with guided work, so your team starts applying what it learns before leaving

  • It is best suited to established companies with a sales team and a considered buying process

  • It is not the right fit if you want a large expo, a broad mix of unrelated topics, or a passive keynote experience

Taking your leadership, sales, and marketing team out of the office for three days for an event is not a small decision.

It's an investment that has the potential to transform your team or waste your time. Not only are there event costs, but there's also travel, hotel, and time away from important work. Before you register for any marketing conference, you should know whether your team will come home with a few pages of notes or a clear plan they will actually use.

Endless Customers Live is IMPACT's in-person marketing and sales conference, built around the Endless Customers System™. Its purpose is to help companies build trust, align their teams, and win more customers in a market increasingly shaped by AI.

We run the event, so no, this isn't a third-party review. But we can give you a candid look at who gets the most value from attending, who probably won't, and what you should expect before you spend the money and take your team out of the office.

What is Endless Customers Live?

Endless Customers Live is a three-day, in-person business growth conference hosted by IMPACT. It brings business leaders, sales teams, marketers, content creators, and other customer-facing roles together around one goal: becoming the most known, trusted, and recommended company in their market.

Unlike a general marketing conference, every part of Endless Customers Live connects to the same system. The sessions may cover content, video, sales, websites, customer reviews, AI visibility, or the buying experience, but they are not treated as separate tactics. They are taught as parts of one customer acquisition strategy.

We hold the event twice a year. Once in Chicago because it's easy to get to from most airports, and once in Hartford, Connecticut, our home base and an easy trip for our East Coast-based businesses.  The current Endless Customers Live page is the best place to confirm details for the next event.

What business problem is the event designed to solve?

Most established companies don't have a shortage of ideas. They have an execution problem.

Marketing is working on traffic and content. Sales is focused on this month's opportunities. Leadership wants predictable growth but cannot see how all that activity connects. Then AI adds another layer of urgency, and the list gets longer: publish more, get more reviews, fix the website, add pricing, create video, improve your visibility in AI, and respond to leads faster.

Trying to do all of it at once usually creates more activity, not more progress.

Endless Customers Live gives your team space to step out of the weekly rush, look at the whole system, and agree on what needs attention first. That shared clarity is the real value of the event. The goal is not to send everyone home with a longer list. It is to help them leave with the same priorities.

Who gets the most value from Endless Customers Live?

The event is a strong fit for established companies with a sales and marketing team and a buyer who does meaningful research before making a decision. It's especially useful when sales, marketing, and leadership need a common framework for attracting, educating, and converting those buyers.

The people who tend to get the most from the event include:

  • CEOs, owners, and senior leaders who can set priorities and remove roadblocks
  • Sales leaders and salespeople who want buyers to arrive better informed
  • Marketing leaders, content managers, and videographers responsible for buyer education
  • Website, CRM, and operations leaders who shape what happens after a buyer takes the next step

You don't need to be an IMPACT coaching client or already know the Endless Customers System. New attendees get the foundation they need, while more experienced teams can use the event to reassess their work, learn what has changed, and raise their standard.

Who probably shouldn't attend?

Endless Customers Live isn't built for everyone.

It might not be worth the investment if you are looking for a huge vendor expo, dozens of unrelated tracks, or a tour of the newest marketing tools. The event is focused on one business framework and the work required to apply it.

It's also less likely to create change if one junior marketer attends alone and is expected to return home and convince the rest of the company to work differently. They may learn a great deal, but they cannot create sales and marketing alignment by themselves.

Finally, this might not be the right event for a very early-stage business without an established offer or sales process. Many of the exercises assume you already have real buyers, customer questions, sales conversations, and a team that can act on what it learns.

Should you bring your whole team?

You don't need to bring every employee, but you should bring the people who collectively own growth.

For many companies, that means at least one leader, one sales representative, and one marketing representative. Depending on your priorities, it may also include your content manager, videographer, website owner, or CRM administrator.

This matters because the event is not just about transferring information. It is about creating alignment. When the right people hear the same lesson, work through the same questions, and make decisions at the same table, one person does not have to reteach or resell the idea after everyone gets home.

That is one reason companies return with larger teams. Attendees from Linta Roofing have pointed to the alignment created by attending together, while companies such as Mazzella have returned to IMPACT's live events more than 10 times. The business changes between events, the team changes, and the standard for good sales and marketing keeps moving.

What does the three-day experience look like?

The exact agenda changes from one event to the next, but the overall experience combines four things: main-stage teaching, guided work, focused breakouts, and time with other attendees.

Main-stage sessions give the room a shared framework. Attendees sit at round tables so teams and peers can discuss what the ideas mean for their own companies.

Guided work happens throughout the event, not after it. Attendees use a workbook to assess their business, answer specific questions, and identify priorities while the coaches and speakers are still in the room.

Breakout sessions go deeper into a role, industry, or business challenge. The topics change with each agenda, but past sessions have focused on areas such as content planning, customer reviews, video, self-service tools, websites, CRM use, and AI visibility.

The event also includes receptions, some meals, and an evening activity. Those are social, but they serve a practical purpose. You get time with business leaders and practitioners working through many of the same challenges, without having to catch them in a five-minute break between sessions.

“It’s not just a conference. It’s a community of people really coming together to help each other and learn together.”
Bob Ruffolo, CEO of IMPACT

Does the agenda change for every event?

Yes and no. The principles behind Endless Customers remain consistent, but the agenda changes as buyer behavior, technology, and IMPACT's work with real companies evolve.

An event that chases every new AI tool becomes outdated quickly. An event that teaches the same material year after year stops helping experienced teams improve.

For example, we rebuilt the 2026 Hartford agenda after our AI visibility research showed that getting recommended by AI is only one part of winning a customer. A company still needs to prove it is the right fit, make its expertise credible, educate buyers, offer a useful website experience, and respond well when someone is ready to talk.

The resulting agenda looks at 10 connected factors, including: the strength of the business and its promise, fit and positioning, reviews, customer proof, pricing transparency, expert credibility, buyer education, the website experience, self-service conversion options, and what happens after a lead reaches out.

The agenda may change, but the larger point won't: visibility only matters if your business can turn attention and trust into customers.

What will your team leave with?

Your team should leave with more than notes and new ideas. The event is designed to help you complete real work while you are there.

Depending on the current agenda, that may include an assessment of how buyers and AI understand your company, clearer language about who you are and are not a fit for, a prioritized content or website plan, and specific actions for improving your sales process.

You should also leave with something less tangible but just as useful: shared language. When leadership, sales, and marketing agree on what good looks like, it becomes easier to make decisions and hold each other accountable after the event.

The event cannot guarantee that your team will implement everything. No conference can. The companies that get the strongest return are the ones that schedule the follow-up conversation, assign owners, and turn what they built at the event into a 90-day plan.

How is Endless Customers Live different from other marketing conferences?

Most marketing conferences are built around a lineup of speakers and topics. Endless Customers Live starts with a single framework, then selects sessions and speakers that help attendees understand and apply it.

That creates a few important differences:

  • The audience includes sales and business leaders, not only marketers
  • Sessions build on one another instead of competing for attention across a large number of tracks
  • Work time is part of the agenda, not homework for the flight home
  • Real companies and current examples show what implementation looks like outside the presentation slides

That narrower focus is either the reason to attend or the reason to choose something else. If your team needs broad exposure to many areas of marketing, another conference may serve you better. If your team needs alignment and a practical system it can run together, the focus is the advantage.

How much does Endless Customers Live cost?

Standard individual tickets are currently listed at $1,299, with lower per-person rates for teams. Hotel and travel are separate. Pricing and registration deadlines can change from one event to the next, so check the current event page before making a budget decision.

The more useful way to judge the cost is to look beyond the ticket. Ask whether the right people will attend, whether they have the authority to make decisions, and whether you have protected time to act on the plan afterward.

A less expensive conference that changes nothing is still expensive. Endless Customers Live is worth its total cost only if your team is ready to use the time together.

How should you decide if Endless Customers Live is right for your team?

Before you register, talk through four questions:

  1. Do sales, marketing, and leadership need to become more aligned around growth?
  2. Are your buyers doing significant research before they contact your company?
  3. Are you looking for a connected implementation framework, not a collection of marketing ideas?
  4. Will the people attending have the authority and time to act on what they learn?

If the answer to most of those questions is yes, Endless Customers Live is likely worth serious consideration.

If the answer is no, buying tickets may be premature. You may get more value by first learning what the Endless Customers System is or reviewing what implementation requires before committing several team members to the event.
