The event runs Monday through Wednesday. Here’s what each day looks like:
Monday: Workshops
Workshops kick off midday on Monday, so most attendees arrive Monday morning, get checked in, and grab lunch before the afternoon sessions begin. You should also download the event app ahead of time to check out the available workshops. Instructions on how to do so will be emailed to you before the event.
Monday is designed to dial in on specific topics or areas in your business where you need support. From paid ads to website optimization to CRM tools, there are workshops to support key areas of your sales and marketing.
Monday evening includes a networking happy hour, which is a great time to connect with other teams on the Endless Customers Journey.

Tuesday: Endless Customers Fundamentals
Breakfast is served starting at 8:00 AM. Get settled before sessions kick off at 9:00 AM sharp.
There's a full day of sessions on The Four Pillars of the Endless Customers System™: say what others won’t say, show what others won’t show, sell how others won’t sell, and be more human than others are willing to be.
Even if you've been here before, this is not just a review. It's a deep look at the things companies most often get wrong, take for granted, or breeze past on their way to bigger tactics.
The agenda is organized by pillar, and each pillar includes a structured workbook activity where you think through your own business, talk to people around you, and identify specifically what's holding you back.
In the afternoon, choose the workshop where you want to focus and dive deeper on one of the concepts presented in the pillars.
In the evening, enjoy dinner followed by the main event party, which in Hartford is Casino Night and in Chicago is Neon Night.

How to do it right, and how to do it wrong. Wednesday is included in 2-Day and 3-Day passes. Most attendees fly home Wednesday afternoon or evening; some stay to explore the city.

No prior knowledge of Endless Customers is required. The Fundamentals Day is designed to bring everyone up to speed, whether you're brand new to the framework, looking to reconnect with the basics, or experienced and ready to level up. Attendees at all experience levels have consistently walked away with new insights.
Should I bring my whole team, or is this just for marketing?
We strongly encourage you to bring both your marketing and sales leadership to Endless Customers Live. The conference is built around aligning your entire revenue team, and the conversations and exercises are far more actionable when your team attends together. Many attendees cite team alignment as the biggest ROI of the event.
Is there a livestream option? Will sessions be recorded?
There is no livestream option. Endless Customers Live is built for people who want to be in the room.
Recordings of select sessions are made available after the event, but the live experience (the workshops, the Q&A, the peer conversations) cannot be replicated.
What's the cancellation and refund policy?
You may request a refund up to 30 days before the event; we’ll issue a full refund minus processing fees. Within 30 days of the event, you may transfer your ticket to another attendee or receive a credit toward any IMPACT event within the next 12 months.
Refunds are not available for no-shows. If you can’t attend, we recommend sending a substitute or letting us know prior to the event.

Is there a hotel room block or travel recommendations?
Yes. A room block at a nearby hotel is available for attendees at a discounted rate. Details and booking instructions are shared after registration. We recommend booking early, as the block fills quickly.
How many people attend? Is this a giant conference or something more intimate?
Endless Customers Live is intentionally kept smaller than most industry conferences. The goal is depth over spectacle. You'll have real access to speakers, coaches, and fellow attendees throughout the event, not just in a Q&A line. Our events typically fall between 350 and 500 attendees.
What should I bring or do to prepare?
Come ready to participate, not just observe. The workshops involve real work on your business, so it helps to have a rough sense of your current marketing and sales challenges before you arrive. No pre-reading is required, but teams who brief each other on their goals beforehand tend to get more out of it.
