What to Expect From Arrival to When You Head Home

The event runs Monday through Wednesday. Here’s what each day looks like:

Monday: Workshops

Workshops kick off midday on Monday, so most attendees arrive Monday morning, get checked in, and grab lunch before the afternoon sessions begin. You should also download the event app ahead of time to check out the available workshops. Instructions on how to do so will be emailed to you before the event. 

Monday is designed to dial in on specific topics or areas in your business where you need support. From paid ads to website optimization to CRM tools, there are workshops to support key areas of your sales and marketing. 

Monday evening includes a networking happy hour, which is a great time to connect with other teams on the Endless Customers Journey. 

You’ll walk away with: A plan to strengthen The 5 Components of Endless Customers, with specific actions to take back to your team. Monday workshops are designed for companies that want to go beyond the fundamentals.

Tuesday: Endless Customers Fundamentals

Breakfast is served starting at 8:00 AM. Get settled before sessions kick off at 9:00 AM sharp.

There's a full day of sessions on The Four Pillars of the Endless Customers System™: say what others won’t say, show what others won’t show, sell how others won’t sell, and be more human than others are willing to be. 

Even if you've been here before, this is not just a review. It's a deep look at the things companies most often get wrong, take for granted, or breeze past on their way to bigger tactics. 

The agenda is organized by pillar, and each pillar includes a structured workbook activity where you think through your own business, talk to people around you, and identify specifically what's holding you back.  

In the afternoon, choose the workshop where you want to focus and dive deeper on one of the concepts presented in the pillars.

In the evening, enjoy dinner followed by the main event party, which in Hartford is Casino Night and in Chicago is Neon Night. 

You’ll walk away with: A completed workbook full of honest assessments and specific next steps. Clarity on where you're actually at in your journey (which is often different from where you thought you were). And maybe a few new connections from the party.

Wednesday: AI Acceleration

Wednesday runs from 8 AM to noon is dedicated entirely to accelerating your Endless Customers journey with AI. This is not a tool showcase. It's a focused conversation about what AI actually means for your content, your search strategy, and how buyers are finding and trusting businesses right now. How to do it right, and how to do it wrong. Wednesday is included in 2-Day and 3-Day passes. Most attendees fly home Wednesday afternoon or evening; some stay to explore the city.

You’ll walk away with: A clear picture of where AI fits into your Endless Customers strategy and what you need to do differently (or keep doing) to stay found and recommended as search continues to change.

Logistics at a Glance

When to arrive
Plan to arrive Monday morning (or the night before). Workshops begin at 12:00 PM, giving many people the option to travel the morning of the event. Just grab lunch before you arrive!
Locations
The event alternates between Chicago, IL, and Hartford, CT (IMPACT's home base). Chicago is centrally located with accessible flights from most U.S. cities. Hartford offers proximity for our New England-based businesses at a lower cost than Boston or New York.
Hotel
The venue and hotel are always in the same building. We reserve a block of rooms at a discounted rate, available until approximately 30 days before the event. The booking link will be in your confirmation email and on the event page. Book early, it will sell out!
What's Included
Coffee, beverages, and Diet Coke (from a good fountain, obviously). Breakfast and lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday. A light reception each evening. Tuesday night party with a full dinner. Hotel and travel are not included.
Dress Code
Business casual, but if you've got branded company apparel, wear it! We love when companies rep their brand and start conversations. Don't dress up more than you're comfortable with.
The Mobile App
You’ll receive instructions on how to download the app for the event. This is essential for finding workshops, tracking agenda updates, and more.

Sessions from Endless Customers Live are recorded and available to pro members in The Endless Customers Academy. So why attend in person?

If you're considering just watching the recordings

The recordings are valuable. You'll be able to rewatch, share with your team, and reference the material later.

What you won't get: the workbook activities that force you to look honestly at your own business. The conversations with people in the room who have solved the exact problem you're stuck on. The momentum that comes from your whole team hearing the same thing at the same time. And the power that comes from experiencing this movement in person with a room full of others in your shoes.

What to consider:
