How Much Does HubSpot Training Cost?

Training Programs
All three programs include a dedicated IMPACT HubSpot-certified trainer, a custom training roadmap built around your specific portal and goals, regular training sessions inside your actual HubSpot account, progress tracking with curriculum adjustments throughout, and support between sessions.
Every program has a minimum engagement of three months. No long-term contracts beyond that. You continue month to month for as long as it’s delivering value.

The main factors are team size and training intensity. A focused engagement with a small team in one department is a very different undertaking than training an organization across three or four departments. If you’re not sure which program fits, we’ll help you figure that out on your first call.
On-Site HubSpot Training Workshop
$12,500 + travel
A full-day, in-person session at your location with a certified IMPACT HubSpot trainer. Most workshops include pre-session planning to customize the agenda and four to six weeks of virtual follow-up sessions to reinforce what was covered and ensure your team is applying it.

All project-based services listed in the Training and Services section above are custom quoted based on what’s actually involved. We’ll always give you a clear number before any work begins.
The range is wide, and the only way to give you an accurate number is to understand the scope. Most projects fall somewhere between a few thousand dollars for focused, well-defined work and $15,000 or more for complex, multi-hub engagements.

Scope and number of hubs involved

Do you handle HubSpot migrations and integrations?
Yes. For migrations and complex integrations, we work with trusted technical specialists, including IntegrateIQ, who handle that work at the level it deserves.
We stay actively involved on the training and adoption side throughout, making sure your team understands the new system and can run it confidently once the technical work is complete.
If you need both a migration done correctly and a team that knows how to use what gets built, we coordinate both sides.

We start with a kickoff assessment to understand where you are, identify the highest-value gaps, and build a plan from there.

Can we get training on Breeze and AI specifically?
That is a growing part of what we do. Breeze Copilot, Breeze Agents, and Breeze Intelligence are available to most Pro and Enterprise customers, and most of those customers have never configured or used any of it.
If AI adoption inside HubSpot is a specific priority for your team, tell us in your kickoff, and we will treat it as a first-priority area in your training roadmap.
Can we get in-person HubSpot training?
IMPACT offers in-person HubSpot training. Our on-site HubSpot training workshop brings a certified IMPACT trainer to your location for a full day of intensive, hands-on training with your team inside your actual portal.
The investment is $12,500 plus travel. Most workshops include pre-session planning and four to six weeks of virtual follow-up sessions.
What if we are not satisfied with the training?
If you are working with IMPACT, you should be able to point to clear, measurable value.
If that value stops, you have the right to stop the engagement. We do not lock clients into long-term contracts beyond the initial three-month minimum. We earn the ongoing relationship one month at a time.
Do you work with companies outside of the United States?
Yes. IMPACT has worked with companies in more than 17 countries. Training is conducted virtually, so geography is not a constraint.
On-site workshops outside the U.S. are available and would include international travel costs in the project quote.
