Our hiring process typically takes 1-3 months. When the process starts, you'll receive a link with a few questions we'd like you to answer.
Next, we'll conduct a video interview where we have an opportunity to ask each other questions, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. Then, you'll move on to a situation activity relevant to the role and a call to review your work.
Finally, you'll meet with IMPACT CEO, Bob Ruffolo. This will help us get to know each other on a more personal level so we can make sure we're a good fit for each other. Our hiring process can change a bit based on the type of role or number of applicants.
Location: Connecticut, but we're open to remote candidates
Do you have a proven track record of leading and growing a successful marketing function and consistently delivering measurable business results? If so, we're looking for someone to guide our clients on digital marketing and sales best practices.
Location: Anywhere in the world you'd like to be
Do you have 2-3 years of website project management and strategy experience? If so, we're looking for someone to plan and help implement web strategies on the HubSpot platform that will help our clients achieve their sales and marketing goals.
