📚 Ahem. Have you gotten your copy of the second edition of They Ask, You Answer by Marcus Sheridan yet? It's revised and updated with new chapters on the power of video, conversational marketing, how to create the perfect inbound website, and more. 

Greetings and salutations from sunny Hartford, Connecticut! That's right — on Monday, I made the great voyage up the East Coast, from Annapolis, Maryland (with Kathleen as my navigator)...

Which included a... let's just say an "adventurous" trip across the George Washington Bridge in New York. 😨

But I'm here, at the Hartford Convention Center!

And then my heart grew three sizes reading through the acknowledgements on page 321... (Hm, I should probably see a doctor about that.)

And, of course, I'm beyond thrilled to be here with my IMPACT family.

There's one downside, though. By the time this email hits your inboxes, IMPACT Live will not have officially kicked off yet. So, this is the only photo I am allowed to share with you of the incredible multimedia experience we've set up for this year's main stage.
