HubSpot Reports Add-on #MakeItFree
George,
If I want to get the custom reports and data we need to be successful using the $200 / month reporting tool, will I have to continue paying the $200 / month forever?
Cannot I just pay Hubspot to set up the reports the way I want them and be done with it? It is my data that I am paying $14K a year for them to store.
Why do I have to pay another $1,200 a year to be able to look at it correctly?
Thanks,
Concerned HubSpot User

HubSpot Updates
Deals ROI for HubSpot Ads
Deals ROI connects HubSpot Ads to your CRM - providing you exact and automatic ROI reporting for your ad spend.
Currently, Ads ROI is estimated through a series of questions asked of the user. When Deals ROI is activated, a CRM connection is made and ROI is automatically calculated, with much more accurate data. This means no more assumptions have to be made.
If you're a HubSpot CRM user with deal data, nothing is required for this feature to work, outside of indicating that's how you want to calculate ROI in the settings (see screenshot above).
Customers who use Salesforce or a different CRM will need to turn on deal sync, and then sync their opportunities. If a customer isn’t using a CRM with deal sync turned on they won’t see the option to use Deal ROI.
Click here to view the settings or HubSpot Ads and activate Deals ROI
Updated Email Unsubscribe Process
HubSpot recently adjusted the unsubscribe process by adding a confirmation step for email recipients. When someone clicks on the unsubscribe link in an email they’ll now see a page where they must confirm that they want to unsubscribe instead of automatically being removed from all mailing lists.
After they confirm, they’ll be brought to the unsubscribe confirmation page.
This change will alleviate the chance someone is unsubscribed accidentally by a firewall/anti-virus package, or by the recipient of a forwarded email.
For more information, please see the blog post Updates in Email Unsubscribe Process.
