- Not using Lifecycle stages correctly
- Not properly defining their MQL or SQL
- Not using a CRM or don’t have them connected to their marketing software (no lead/crm workflows or automation)
- Not delighting their existing clients

Add the ability to clone or delete a Module Group from its drop down (gear) menu. Currently, if you build out a complex group you can't easily duplicate it or delete it.
HubSpot Updates
Set workflow goals using criteria instead of lists
Over the next few weeks, you'll see the ability to set goals directly in your workflows using segmentation criteria. Just like you can start your workflows without pre-building lists, you can now set your goals without pre-building one-off lists.
To see the change, navigate to Contacts > Workflows, and create a new workflow. Where you used to set a goal list, you’ll see a link to “Set a goal.”
If you click on it, you’ll see this modal, with options from which you can choose to set your goal criteria.
Once set, you will see the link change to “Edit goal criteria” which will bring up a pop-up showing your existing criteria:
Any existing workflows with goal lists will be updated so the new goal criteria is membership in that existing goal list.
