“The total number of times a contact was sent a sales email or called.”

Why even talk about these properties? You need to empower your sales team with them!

This is an interesting property on the reporting front - we can look at things like the average number of emails and calls it takes for someone to become a customer, or run that report on a specific subset of contacts.
