A seasoned marketer of 10 years, IMPACT's Director of Content and DEI editor, Ramona has a diverse marketing background shaped not just by strategy, but also creativity. 

Her natural flair for writing and love of media, art & design, and psychology, drew her to earn a B.S. in Marketing from the UCONN School of Business, and today, she tells powerful brand stories, educates audiences, and guides others to do the same across their articles, video, and social media. 

Writing is her passion and she is a frequent contributor to a number of industry blogs including HubSpot and Databox as well as niche publications like Brown Girl Magazine. 

Ramona creates content that generates leads but is also moving and memorable.
