Cassie Findley

Cassie Findley is an IMPACT Coach who helps content managers build the skills, confidence, and systems they need to succeed.

Cassie spent five years as a content manager before joining IMPACT, so she knows the pressures of the role firsthand. Content managers are asked to be strategists, writers, project managers, researchers, interviewers, and advocates for content all at once, and she helps them sort through those responsibilities and find where they can make the biggest difference. Since joining IMPACT, she has worked with six companies and directly coached four content managers, mostly at home service, construction, and home improvement companies. Her clients include AdjusterPro, Performance Asset Management, BISCO, Aloha Pools & Spas, Floor It, and Westre's Marine.

Her coaching is collaborative, practical, and focused on accountability. Cassie wants the people she coaches to understand why a strategy works, explain its value with confidence, and make good decisions on their own when plans change. She also helps run IMPACT's internal team operations in ClickUp and Basecamp, from task management to client scheduling.

She holds three current certifications: HubSpot Solutions Partner, HubSpot Reporting, and Sales Enablement.
