As the Director of Account Management at IMPACT, Karisa spends her time ensuring that the account management team delivers the best customer experience. She also focuses on overseeing customer data and metrics to help create strategies for client growth and retention.

When she's not soaking up as much knowledge and skill as she can from her peers, she's using her degree in Journalism from Emerson College to dig deep into her team to discover what they need to be a success.

In her free time, Karisa can be found being chased by Zombies on her daily runs or cozying up with a good book.
