Will's Bio

Will graduated from the Carlson School of Management, where he majored in marketing and minored in finance. After university, he co-founded a real estate showcasing company and utilized the EOS framework to successfully sell it in three years.

During the company’s growth to ten people, Will realized his skill for building organizational structure and processes. He also gained a passion for people development.

At IMPACT, Will applies these skills as a Senior Sales & Marketing Coach. He currently leads a team of eight coaches and trainers, and works with 15 companies to implement the They Ask, You Answer methodology at a world-class level.

In addition to coaching, Will facilitates in-person workshops for clients, delivers keynotes, and co-hosts IMPACT’s podcast, But We’re Different.
Outside of work, Will enjoys outdoor adventures such as rock climbing, snowboarding, biking, and camping. He is also passionate about travel, playing guitar, and reading non-fiction books.
